Snacking exceeds €22 billion. At Parizza 2026 in Paris, Corte Gusto PRO introduces ready-to-use solutions.
The French snacking market reached a value of €22.3 billion in 2024, accounting for 38% of total foodservice revenue and 45% of out-of-home meals.
These figures were confirmed at the Parizza / Sandwich & Snack Show, held from April 1 to 2, 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which gathered more than 100 Italian companies from the sector.
Among the Italian exhibitors was Corte Parma – Amoretti, which exports nearly 80% of its production from its three facilities in Parma, highlighting its strong export-driven strategy.
Corte Gusto PRO
At the event, the company showcased its “Corte Gusto Pro” concept, featuring a range of ready-to-use solutions designed for foodservice operators, either to be served directly or assembled on-site. The offering includes aperitivo boards tailored to streamline operations in hotels, wine bars, leisure facilities, campsites and hospitality venues.
The Corte Gusto Pro concept enables operators to provide foodservice without the need for trained staff or fully equipped kitchens, addressing a structural shift in the industry. In France, the hospitality and foodservice sectors are increasingly facing labour shortages, making operational simplification a key factor.
The solution is particularly targeted at hospitality and leisure operators, where food is not the core business but plays an increasingly important role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
France remains one of the leading markets for Italian agri-food exports, with a 7.8% market share according to the Italian Trade Agency, confirming its strategic importance for export-oriented companies.
