WHO WE ARE

We are in Parma, in the heart of Italy’s Food Valley. For us, food tradition is culture and it is everything we stand for. Slow slicing, placing in trays and stuffing strictly by hand, preserve the quality of raw materials, always taking care to offer you safe and simple products, to be used minimizing waste. We choose partners and collaborators who share the same values with us in order to promote a supply chain of safe products of Italian origin.

We are committed to enhancing the link with the territory and the local community by supporting realities active in the field of work, sports and culture, but also with those who share with us the values of sharing and love for good food.

We believe in the value of people, product excellence and minimizing our environmental impact. For more than 10 years, we have been on an increasingly sustainability-oriented path that encourages the implementation of a circular business model: from raw material selection to packaging processes to recyclable disposal, every process is managed to respect product responsibility, environmental responsibility and social responsibility.
