Le snacking d\u00e9passe 22 milliards d\u2019euros. Au salon Parizza 2026 \u00e0 Paris, Corte Gusto PRO<\/a> pr\u00e9sente des solutions pr\u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.<\/strong><\/h6>

En France, le march\u00e9 du snacking a atteint 22,3 milliards d\u2019euros en 2024, repr\u00e9sentant 38 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires de la restauration et 45 % des repas consomm\u00e9s hors domicile.<\/p>

Ces donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9es lors du Parizza \/ Sandwich & Snack Show<\/a>, organis\u00e9 du 1er au 2 avril 2026 au Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 100 entreprises italiennes du secteur.<\/p>

Parmi les exposants italiens figurait Corte Parma \u2013 Amoretti, qui exporte pr\u00e8s de 80 % de sa production issue de ses trois sites de production \u00e0 Parme<\/strong>, confirmant sa forte orientation internationale.<\/p>

Corte Gusto PRO<\/h2>

\u00c0 cette occasion, l\u2019entreprise a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le concept \u00ab Corte Gusto Pro<\/strong> \u00bb, une offre de solutions pr\u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, \u00e0 servir ou \u00e0 assembler, con\u00e7ues pour les professionnels du foodservice<\/strong>. La gamme comprend notamment des planches ap\u00e9ritives pens\u00e9es pour simplifier les op\u00e9rations dans les h\u00f4tels, bars \u00e0 vin, structures de loisirs, campings et autres \u00e9tablissements d\u2019accueil.<\/p>

Le concept Corte Gusto PRO<\/strong>\u00a0permet de proposer une offre de restauration sans n\u00e9cessiter de personnel qualifi\u00e9 ni de cuisine professionnelle<\/strong>, r\u00e9pondant ainsi \u00e0 une transformation structurelle du secteur. En France, l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie-restauration est en effet confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s croissantes de recrutement.<\/p>

Cette offre s\u2019adresse en particulier aux acteurs de l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 et du loisir<\/strong>, pour lesquels la restauration constitue un service compl\u00e9mentaire, mais devient un levier strat\u00e9gique pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>

La France<\/strong> demeure l\u2019un des principaux march\u00e9s pour l\u2019agroalimentaire italien<\/strong>, avec une part de march\u00e9 de 7,8 % selon l\u2019Italian Trade Agency, confirmant son r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 pour les entreprises tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019export.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
