Corte Parma acc\u00e9l\u00e8re sa strat\u00e9gie export.<\/p><h4>Le sc<span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">\u00e9<\/span>nario<\/h4><p>Le march\u00e9 agroalimentaire britannique confirme un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les <strong>solutions pratiques, en portions individuelles et pr\u00eates \u00e0 consommer<\/strong>. C\u2019est ce qui ressort de l\u2019analyse de Corte Parma \u2013 Amoretti, exposant au International Food &amp; Drink Event (IFE), principal salon professionnel du secteur au Royaume-Uni, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 25 000 op\u00e9rateurs du 30 mars au 1er avril \u00e0 l\u2019Exhibition Centre de Londres.<\/p><p>La participation \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a permis \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Parme \u2013 qui <strong>exporte 75 % de sa production en Europe<\/strong> \u2013 de recueillir des indications directes aupr\u00e8s des acheteurs et des op\u00e9rateurs locaux, confirmant le r\u00f4le croissant du <strong>food-to-go dans les habitudes de consommation britanniques<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me de distribution britannique, particuli\u00e8rement structur\u00e9, valorise les <strong>produits \u00e0 forte valeur de service<\/strong> et permet une mont\u00e9e en \u00e9chelle rapide gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la concentration de quelques grands acteurs tels que Tesco, Sainsbury&rsquo;s et Marks &amp; Spencer.<\/p><p><strong>Le Royaume-Uni produit environ 65 % des denr\u00e9es qu\u2019il consomme<\/strong>, ce qui implique une forte d\u00e9pendance aux importations et une exposition accrue aux dynamiques des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement internationales. Dans ce contexte, la pr\u00e9sence italienne reste limit\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 6 % des importations agroalimentaires, derri\u00e8re les Pays-Bas (12 %), l\u2019Irlande et la France (9 %), la Belgique (8 %) et l\u2019Allemagne (7 %), laissant entrevoir d\u2019importantes marges de croissance.<\/p><blockquote><p>\u00ab Le march\u00e9 britannique est aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019un des plus \u00e9volu\u00e9s mais aussi des plus complexes parmi les \u00e9conomies avanc\u00e9es du secteur agroalimentaire \u00bb, d\u00e9clare <strong>Egidio Amoretti, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Corte Parma \u2013 Amoretti<\/strong>. \u00ab D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il se caract\u00e9rise par une distribution sophistiqu\u00e9e et une demande orient\u00e9e vers le service ; de l\u2019autre, les dynamiques post-Brexit ont accru la complexit\u00e9 et les co\u00fbts des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement, rendant la fiabilit\u00e9 des fournisseurs essentielle \u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Les comportements de consommation sont fortement influenc\u00e9s par des facteurs structurels tels que <strong>le temps disponible, l\u2019organisation du commerce de d\u00e9tail et la facilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux produits<\/strong>, favorisant des solutions rapides et imm\u00e9diatement consommables.<\/p><blockquote><p>\u00ab Malgr\u00e9 une attention
